How this works
SchoolSource master data controls what every district and agency can see and select.
1. You define the master list
Add specialties, credential types, and submittal requirements with canonical names. "Physical Therapist" — never "PT".
2. You assign per district
Each district only sees what you've toggled on for them. Houston ISD never sees credentials they don't need.
3. Sync pushes to portals
Hit Sync and the district and agency portals instantly update. No free-text. No inconsistency.

Sync Master Data to Portals
Pushes all active specialties, credentials, and submittal requirements to the district and agency portals via localStorage. Both portals must be open in the same browser to receive the live broadcast.
Before syncing
Make sure all your district assignments are configured. Syncing will overwrite the current specialty and credential lists in both portals.
